1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
salt and pepper to taste
Boil in the bag white rice (3 bags)
2 T. vegetable oil
medium onion, chopped
garlic powder
2 cans white beans (15 oz.)
1 large jar of Green Tomatilla salsa
1/4 c. water
1 avocado
sour cream
Tostitos scoops

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, heat oil and add chicken over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove to plate to cool. Add onion and cook till tender, add beans, water and salsa. Simmer. Shred chicken and add to skillet mixture. If mixture is too thick, add extra salsa; if it is too thin, add extra chicken.
Simmer together while cooking rice. Drain rice well. Serve the chicken mixture over rice; garnish with avocado and sour cream. Dip the chicken chili with Tostitos.
