2 packages of peach flavored gelatin
2 C boiling water
1-1/2 C sugar
2 eggs, beaten
6 C milk
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 C tsp almond flavoring
3 C fresh peaches, crushed (or 2 pkgs frozen peaches may be substituted)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. add sugar, cool slightly.

Add beaten eggs, milk, cream and flavoring. Srir in peach pulp an freeze according to freezer directions.

NOTE: Fresh peaches should be sweetened to taste; frozen peaches will not need additional sugar.
