1 3lb top round steak (London Broil)
2 16 oz. bottles Italian Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Table spoon of Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
1) Score both side of the steak with a crisscross pattern abotu 1/8th inch deep. Combine the Salad Dressing Worcestershire sauce and sherry in a one-gallon plastic bag, and add the steak. Squeeze out the bag and seal removing the air and seal the bag. Refrigerate for at least one day and up to three.

2) Set the grill to medium high heat. Discard the marinade and grill ten minutes each side or until a meat thermometer reads 135º.

3) Transfer he steak to a cutting boar and let sit for ten minutes! TEN MINUTES DAD NOT FIVE OR WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY TEN MINUTES!!!

Who would have thought I liked London Broil! For years we would have it inside and I just wasn't a fan but after marinading this is becoming a quick simple summer dish!
