1¾ c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. cinnamon

¾ c. sugar

2 eggs

¼ c. melted butter

¼ c. milk

1 c. mashed bananas

1 c. chopped pecans

1 - 6 oz. butterscotch morsels
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine eggs, butter and milk. Add to dry ingredients until well moistened, and then add mashed bananas, pecans, and butterscotch morsels. Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan; sprinkle 1/3 cup pecan pieces on top. Bale at 350º about 1 hour.
