One rack of pork baby back ribs
Bottle of favorite BBQ sauce
1 - 2 cups of orange juice

Directions:
Put the ribs in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the bottled sauce with the orange juice. (Today, I'd love to try it with our current favorite sauce from Rudy's BBQ from Austin!) Cover the ribs with the sauce. Top with foil and bake two hours at 325º. Turn ribs over and bake an hour more. Add more sauce if needed. Fall off the bone tender.

Everyone had their 'specialty' that they would cook for the family. This recipe was Adam's contribution to our Sunday family dinners. He's since developed more specialties, but this recipe was his first.
