2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 lge egg, beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese,grated
salt and pepper
crushed cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray or butter a 9x11 casserole. Set oven to 350. Glass casserole is better for this recipe.

Cook broccoli and drain. Mix soup, mayo and eggs. Add cheese, salt and pepper, mix well.
Carefully fold in broccoli. Top with crushed cracker crumbs and sprinkle melted butter over crumbs. Bake 350บ for about 30 minutes or until brown.บบบ
