2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat until well mixed. Grease a 12x9 cake pan. Pour in mixture. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:
Mix sugar, milk, and butter in a kettle. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stir well. Pour on brownies.
