4 lbs sirloin steak or meat of choice
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cube and trim fat from the meat. Roughly chop 1/2 the onion and the 1/2 bell pepper. Cook the meat and seasonings in a large pot until browned. Add the bell pepper and onions and lower the heat to get a slow simmer. After cooking for 1 hr, add the can of diced tomatoes. Cook for at least another hour. If the meat is very lean, you may need to add some water and flour or cornstarch to get a thicker gravy.
