1 14oz package of Kielbasa
2C Heavy cream
1T Cajun seasoning
8oz Cooked pasta
1C Shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to instructions and set aside. Brown kielbasa in skillet for 3 to 5 minutes. Add cream and Cajun seasoning, reduce heat to a light simmer. Once sauce thickens add Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat. Mix well and add pasta. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and serve.
