1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened (use real butter)
3 very ripe avocados, peeled, and seeded
10 drops Tabasco sauce
1 lemon or lime, juice

Directions:
Directions:
Smash avocados together with butter until smooth. Add lemon or lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Mix together, add avocado pits (to prevent browning), and refrigerate.
