6 quarts of popped popcorn (not microwave popcorn)
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place popcorn in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes then remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda. Mix well.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Pour caramel sauce over popcorn and stir until completely coated. Spoon covered popcorn onto two 9x13" greased cake pans. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely before breaking up. Store in air-tight containers or freezer bags (when cooled). Enjoy!
