Ingredients: 1 bag Oreo cookies (crushed in blender or baggie)
1 stick of butter (melted)
2 cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 c. powdered/confectioners sugar
2 c. Cool Whip (16 oz.)
1 large box chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1 Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Directions: |
Directions:Use a 13x9" dish.
Bottom layer:
1. Crush Oreo cookies in a blender or in a baggie.
2. Melt butter and pour onto crushed cookies. Mix well.
3. Press into the bottom of the dish to make the base.
*Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Second layer:
1. Mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip.
2. Mix well and spread onto cooled cookie base.
*Place in freezer for about 15 minutes.
Third layer:
1. Mix instant chocolate pudding with 2 1/2 cups cold milk.
2. Spread on top of the cooled cream cheese layer.
*Place in freezer for about 10 minutes.
Top layer:
1. Spread one small tub of Cool Whip on top of chocolate pudding layer.
2. Refrigerate several hours before serving. |
