3 sticks butter (softened)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) (softened)
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Vanilla, Butter & Nut flavoring (This flavoring comes all together in one bottle.)
3 c. "cake" flour (sifted) (Swan makes cake flour.)
6 large eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º.
1. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add salt and flavoring.
3. Beat well.
4. Add eggs, one at a time. Beating well after each.
5. Stir in flour and mix well.
6. Divide batter into 3 equal parts. (You will need 2 more bowls.)
7. Add red and green food coloring to two parts. One part will remain the same color.
8. Add the three parts into a greased and floured tube pan.
9. Gently swirl colored batter with a knife to get the marbled look.
10. Bake in a 10" tube pan at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
