12 cups oatmeal
2 cups almonds
2 cups pecans
1 cup soy flour (opt)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup sesame seed
2 cups nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 cups olive oil
2 1/2 cups honey
2 cups raisens

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
Beat olive oil and honey in bowl til blended. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well.
Pour onto a lightly greased baking pan.
Bake at 275 degrees for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool completely.
Store cooled granola in plastic bags
