1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
2-3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 of a 2.8 oz. can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients and spread over party rye or pumpernickel load and broil until bubbly.

Note: I have used the pre-toasted bread bites. Works great.

One weekend in 2006 we were having the Kennedys out for the weekend. I have these ready when they arrived and Debi showed up with all of the ingredients to make them too. After that we try to consult each other about appetizers.
