2 Pans of Cornbread
10-12 Stalks of Celery
2-3 Onions
3 tsp Sage
3 tsp Poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper
2 Eggs beaten
Turkey juice to moisten (or water}
6 Slices stale bread crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Chop celery and onions and saute in pan till soft. Then mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of mush. Pour into 9 x 14 greased baking pan. Dot with butter on top. Bake 425º for about 25 minutes.
