1 c yellow cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 c milk
2 eggs
4 oz green chilies, chopped
1/3 c oil
1 can creamed corn
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together cornmeal, salt and baking soda. Add milk,oil, eggs and corn. In a 1 1/2 quart lightly greased baking dish layer; half the corn mixture, chilies and cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minuted before serving.
