2 1/2 c flour
2 T vegetable oil
2/3 c very warm water
1 tsp garlic, onion or plain salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients until it forms a ball. Add more water or flour as needed. Form into 12 small balls. Roll dough into tortilla shape. Dough can be rolled between plastic wrap.

Cook over medium to medium high heat in a non stick pan until done.
