3 1/4 c flour
2 tsp salt
1 c warm water, 105-115 degrees
1 envelope active dry yeast
3 t olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pizza at 450 degrees F.

In a large bowl add all the ingredients. Combine well into a sticky mass. Pour on to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough to create a smooth ball free of stickiness. Place dough in a clean well oiled bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled about 1 1/2 hours. When the dough has risen it can be divided into 2 pizzas.
