1 pint fish, cubed, ( I used suckers)
1/2 teaspoon canning salt
1tablespoon oil
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put in pint jars and can in pressure cooker for 100 minutes.
Fill the jars to a little under the one inch from the top of the jar with ingredients.

I use this canned fish for tuna sandwiches, excellent. Can can with or without bones in fish. Bones will be soft after canning process. Delicious.
