2 lbs ground beef
chopped onion
1 c. instant rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can RoTel
1 pkg Doritos or any type tortilla chips
Shredded co-jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and chopped onion , drain. Add rice, the 3 cans of soup, water, green chilies, taco seasoning and RoTel. Simmer for 10 minutes. Layer meat mixture and chips in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º and top with shredded cheese the last few minutes of baking time.
