1 lb. Italian Sausage
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 stalks celery, coarsley chopped
1 large red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1 3/4 C. chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 10.75 oz can Campbell's Mushroom Soup, 98% fat free, low sodium
3/4 c. brown rice
1 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Take the skin off the sausage and cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until brown.
Pour off excess fat.

Return the sausage to the skillet and add the mushrooms, celery, pepper, onion, thyme and marjoram, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir the sausage mixture, broth, soup, rice and 1/2 c. cheese in a 13x9x2 baking dish.

Cover the baking dish and bake at 375 for an hour or until the rice is tender. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving
