3 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 can 8oz pineapple, drained

3 cups flour
2 tsk baking soda
1tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in a mixing bowl until light. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Stir into egg mixture just until moist. Pour into greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
