4 pork chops

garlic salt
pepper,
flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
potatoes (optional)
carrots (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Take 4 nice pork chops, salt, a little garlic salt, pepper, if you like. Roll chops in flour, brown in skillet on both sides and put in baking dish. Pour a little water in the skillet you browned tmen in and pour this over the chops, then add a can of mushroom soup. Put in oven and bake for 1 hour at 325º. If serving with potatoes and carrots add those to baking pan and bake 1 more hour. If you don't want anything with them, bake the chops alone for about 2 hours. A whole meal, gravy and all.
