4 T. butter
¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
2 – 3 cloves garlic
¼ c. chicken broth
fresh parsley, chopped finely
12 oz. Egg Fettuccine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettucini according to package directions for al dente. Drain. In large skillet melt butter in oil. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute. Add broth and fettuccine and toss. Season with salt and parsley.
