2 T. cornstarch
1 1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 c. wild rice
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. green pepper or celery, chopped
2 T. chopped pimento (optional)
12 or 16 oz. cooked chicken

Preheat oven to 350. Shake cornstarch, seasonings and milk. Heat broth and stir in milk mixture. Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly. Boil 1 minute. Mix sauce with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
