Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pounds frozen boneless chicken breasts or tenders
1 24 oz. jar Tostitos mild chunky salsa
1 8 oz. cream cheese
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen chicken in a medium to large crock pot Pour the salsa over the chicken. Put the lid on the crock pot and set the crock pot to low for 4-5 hours, based on your crock pot. You want the chicken to be cooked through and very tender so at the end of cooking time it easily pulls apart with 2 forks. Chicken tenders can be shredded in crock pot - chicken breasts should be taken out, shredded and put back in. Last - melt cream cheese into the chicken and salsa mixture. Serve over rice.
