2 to 3 lbs. beef rump roast
1 small jar peppercini peppers
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can beer
1 pkg. McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Italian bread

Directions:
With a sharp knife, cut the raw rump roast into thick slices. Place meat into a Crock-Pot. Add all the other ingredients, including the juice from the peppercini peppers. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.

This recipe may sound odd, but it is simple to put together and leave to cook all day. Everyone is always surprised at the ingredient list, then even more surprised at how great it tastes! Serve on fresh Italian bread.
