2 Tomatoes - diced
1 head iceberg lettuce - chopped
4-6 c. cheddar cheese
1 medium onion; chopped
1-2 avocado's diced (optional)
1 bag of nacho cheese Doritos (crushed)
1 bottle of thousand island dressing
1 lb. cooked hamburger
1 can red kidney beans; drained

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger, add beans to skillet and heat. In a very large serving bowl add all the ingredients (except the dressing and hamburger/beans). Toss well and add the hamburger/beans mix well and add almost all of the dressing. Serve with buttered French bread - excellent!
