6-8 of your desired cut of pork chops (bone-in ok).
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 can of water.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan and electric skillet brown 6-8 of your desired cut of pork chops (bone-in ok). Remove from skillet and brown 1 large sliced white or yellow onion. After onion has browned add back into the pan your pork chops and one large can of tomato sauce and 1 can of water. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring and turning over occasionally.

Prepare white or brown rice and directed and serve pork and sauce over rice.
