1 bunch cilantro (rinse well - fine dirt you can’t see)
2 bunches of green onion (cleaned and chopped)
1 jalapeno (remove most of the seeds and white fiber so not so hot)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Chicken Boneless (as many pieces as you want) or 1 whole roasted
Chicken bullion or “Better and bullion”
4 cans hominy (or one giant can)
1 can green chilies (or better yet look in freezer section for chopped green chilies)

Cook and shred the chicken. (Better yet get a roasted chicken and shred)
In a large pan bring your water to a boil and put the amount of bullion as directed on the jar. Add all the contents into the pot and let simmer. Wash cilantro, dice and add to pot and let simmer for as long as you wish, for better flavor.
