1 qt, broth from boiling spareribs
scraps from spareribs, chopped fine
1 c. white corn meal
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth to boiling. Slowly stir in white corn meal, salt and a lot of pepper and any meat scraps. Cook and stir until mixture is very thick. Pour into a large loaf pan that has been rinsed in cold water. After it completely set, slice and fry in Teflon skillet.
