6 - 8 lb. pot roast
1 lb. can whole tomatoes
2 green peppers, cut into strips
2 T. rosemary
1 1/2 c. broth (reserved from roast)
8 oz. Italian tomato sauce
2 T. Italian seasoning
2 T. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast as you normally do. Slice the meat. Save a cup or two of the broth. Place the roast back in the pan and cover with broth and remaining ingredients. Cook slowly at 250 for at least 4 hours. Serve on kaiser rolls or sub buns.
