3/4 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs
4 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
1 envelope yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the yeast with warm water and let it sit while mixing the other ingredients. Cream the butter or margarine with the eggs. Add sour cream and yeast mixture. Add the flour and salt, mix well. Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let stand for 1 hour. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Divide dough into 4 portions, roll out each portion into a circle and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Cut into approximately 12 pizza wedges. Starting at bigger end, roll into a croissant and then roll into the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
