4 cups flour
3 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp quick rising yeast
1 cup milk (approximately)

Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast together. Beat eggs and mix with oil and milk. Work with hands into flour mixture, adding more milk (or water) until dough is moist and soft. Work on floured board until it is all worked in. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2" biscuit cutter. Put on a tea towel and cover with another tea towel. Let rise about 40 minutes. Put 2 inches of water in a dutch oven, cover the top of the dutch oven with a smooth cotton broad cloth tied around the rim. Boil water, then turn to medium high. Place 6 - 7 dumplings on cloth (allow for expansion) and cover with lid. Steam for 15 minutes.

Pudding Sauce:
Bring 1 pkg Dr. Oetker Pudding, 2 tbsp sugar and 3 cups milk to a boil. Serve over dumplings.
