7 cups flour
1 large teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
1 cube butter melted
2 tablespoons of cinnamon

Add yeast to 1/2 cup warm water and stir
add warmed milk to mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup shortening and mix until devolved
add 2 eggs that have slightly beaten
add mashed potatoes and mix well, add devolved yeast and mix well,
add 1 cup sugar and mix well
add one spoon cinnamin, one cup chopped nuts (pecans)
add 7 cups flour mixing one cup at a time
cover and refrigerate do not knead
when raised in the refrigerator to double size take out and put half on rolling table covered with flour, roll to half inch thickness, spread half the melted butter on rolled surface
sprinkle brown sugar the mixed two tablespoon of cinnamon over the butter covered, rolled out mix. lift edged and roll mix into a jelly roll.slice into one slices and place on baking sheet bake in 375 degree oven for around 15 minutes remove when brown. add icing and serve when cooled.
