Crust for top and bottom
1 1/2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 diced onion
1/2 cup diced carrot
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and carrot in chicken broth about 5 minutes until tender. Add remaining vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in cream of chicken soup and cubed chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into crust lined pie plate. Top with second crust, flute edges, and cut slits for steam to escape. Bake at 425º for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
