1/2 c. oil,
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate - melted
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and white sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours. Heat oven to 350º. Drop tsp of dough into powdered sugar, roll and shape into balls. Place about 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake. Makes 6 dozen cookies
