1 c. sugar
1/2 cup. softened butter
3 ripe banana's
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Optional: 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts.

Directions:

Banana Bread

Cream together 1 c. sugar and 1/2 cup. softened butter. Add 3 ripe banana's and 2 eggs. beat well.

Sift in a bowl: 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add to batter and pour into a un-greased loaf pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in pan.

Optional: 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts.
