8 thin slices veal (floured)
2 Italian Sausage (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (minced fine)
chopped parsley
oregano, to taste
basil, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1 small can tomato sauce
2-3 cans water
8 slices Swiss cheese
about a 1/4 cup of Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal, remove from pan, and saute sausage, garlic and herbs in same pan.
Salt and pepper veal and spread with sausage mixture and slice of Swiss cheese, and roll.
Secure with toothpicks.
Add tomato sauce, water and wine and bake 1 hour covered, and 1/2 hour uncovered in 350 º oven.
Add more water if needed
