4 tbsp. Olive Oil (Or hot chili oil to up the spice)
2 Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
1 lb Andouille Sausage
2 1/2 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning (Homeade cajun in other recipe works very well)
4 Cloves of Garlic
3 Assorted Bell Peppers, diced
1 Medium Onion
6 Cups Milk (Whole STRONGLY recommended)
1 lb. Uncooked Fettuccine
3/4 c. Parmesan
3 tbsp. Parsley

This is a one pot recipe, make sure to start out with a pot big enough.

1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, sausage, and cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

2. Remove meat from pot and set aside.

3. Add diced peppers, onions, and garlic and cook until onions are transparent and soft, about 7 minutes.

4. Add the milk, stir, and bring to a boil.

5. Add fettuccine, stirring constantly until noodles are al dente, about 10 minutes.

6. Reduce heat to low, add meat, and stir until evenly incorporated.

7. Add the cheese and parsley, stir, and remove from heat.

8. Serve with parm on top and goes great with garlic bread.
