1 1/2 c. graham cracker crums
1/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3. c. butter melted

3 - package (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 t. all purpose flour

Directions:

Oven 300º

Crust: Mix first four ingredients and press onto the bottom and sides of a spring form pan

Filling:

Beat cheese until smooth, add milk, beat and the add eggs & vanilla and beat until blended. Toss flour and chips together and mold into cheese mixture. Pour into pan and bake 1 hour. Turn off oven, open door. Let cool in oven another hour and refrigerate.
