1/2 pound macaroni
1 tsp. butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. grated cheese ( 1 sharp, 2 mild)
1 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni, drain. Stir in butter and egg. Mix mustard and salt with 1 T. water, Add to milk, add cheese (save some for top). Put in buttered casserole (Mary Lou uses glass cake pan). Add milk and bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.
