2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic
1 14oz can diced tomatoes
1 16oz can crushed tomato with basil
1/8 tsp dried red pepper or cayenne
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion for 5 min; add garlic -sauté for another minute; add remaining ingredients except for cream and cheese. simmer for 15 minutes to reduce, remove from heat and wait a few minutes then add cream and simmer on very low heat for 5 min; add parmesan and stir
