Ingredients:  
2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb prosciutto, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 red bell pepper, roasted and pureed
5 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 sweet onion, finely chopped (vidalia)
1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, pulse garlic, bell pepper,prosciutto, basil.
In large bowl, add all remaining ingredients mixing with hands until combined.
Form into golf ball sized meatballs.
Place on baking sheet
Bake at 350º for approx 15-20 minutes
Cool in pan. Pat dry.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, in med-hot frying pan add olive oil and thawed meatballs. Brown and heat through. Add to favorite tomato or marinara sauce
