2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup pecans
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and mix will. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
