3 lbs very lean ground beef (90%)
3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning 3/4 tbsp salt
3 3/4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 Tbsp soy sauce
3 3/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp Frankies hot sauce
2 1/4 tsp cajun marinade
3 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until evenly seasoned throughout. Work seasonings in with your hands. Use Jerky Press to dispense meat onto dehydrator trays. Dehydrate for about 4-5 hours or until done.

Better than traditional jerky !

Notes:

**Recipe requires a Jerky Press and dehydrator**
