Macaroni mixture:

1 lb. dry elbow macaroni, cooked to package direction
1/4 cup flour
4 Tblsp. butter
2 2/3 cup milk
12 oz. medium or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz. American cheese shredded
4 oz. shredded smoked gouda
1 Tblsp. liquid smoke
3 eggs beaten
2 Tblsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Topping:

1 cup bread crumbs
1 Tblsp. parsley
1 Tblsp. basil
2 Tblsp. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. onion powder
2 Tblsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
For macaroni mixture: melt butter in 3 qt. pot. Add flour and cook until thick. Add milk slowly and let it thicken. Add cheese a little at a time, then eggs, mustard, pepper, and nutmeg. Add macaroni. Mix well and put into a 9x13 pan. Mix together the topping mixture and sprinkle on top of the macaroni. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add ham or some other type of meat to make it even more yummy.
