2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup cold shortening
1/4- 1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 cup shortening in the fridge for 1/2 hour. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the refrigerated shortening in. Cut the shortening into pea sized pieces with the pastry cutter. Add the cold water gradually and form a pastry ball. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough on a floured surface. This can go with any pie recipe.
