1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
8 slices white or wheat bread (don't use whole gran bread)
5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup home
1/4 cup cream sherry or brandy
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat eggs and milk. Dip bread one piece at a time into egg mixture. Fry in half the butter and oil until golden brown on both sides. Place on a platter and dust with cinnamon on both sides. In a small pan on medium heat, combine honey and sherry/brandy and stir until the sauce has thickened. Pour over Mexican toast and serve warm.
